Prinses Friederike Luise Charlotte Wilhelmine (Slot Charlottenburg, Berlijn, Duitsland, 13 juli 1798 - Tsarskoye Selo, Rusland, 1 november 1860), was een dochter van Frederik Willem III van Pruisen en Luise van Mecklenburg-Strelitz.
Op 13 juli 1817 trouwde ze met tsaar Nicolaas I van Rusland. Zij moest zich daarbij bekeren tot de Russisch-orthodoxe Kerk. Ze nam hierbij de naam Aleksandra Fyodorovna (Russisch: Александра Фёдоровна) aan. Ze kregen tien kinderen:

- Groothertogin Maria (18 augustus 1819 - 21 februari 1876)
